Every caregiver we employ is registered as a Home Care Aide on the CDSS public registry, has cleared Live Scan fingerprint-based background check (DOJ and FBI), and holds current TB clearance.
Insurance
We carry workers compensation and general liability insurance on every caregiver. Proof of insurance is available on request at the assessment.
How to file a complaint
If a concern cannot be resolved with our care coordinator directly, you have the right to file a complaint with the California Department of Social Services, Community Care Licensing Division, at cdss.ca.gov/contact-cccl, or by calling the regional licensing office.
